一、墨守成规

存在这种心态的人数较少，表现为学识低、业务能力一般、满足于现状，多见于进店时间较长，年龄稍长的中、高层管理人员。

二、惟利是图

人数较多，表现为学识低、业务能力和社会活动能力较强。表面上对领导惟命是从，其实心里却打着小算盘，拼命保住自己的领地，以很大可能获取利益，较轻视足浴店的长远利益和员工的利益。多见于处于“肥缺”位置的中、下层管理人员。

三、怨声载道

人数不多，表现为学识较高、业务能力较弱。他们一方面指责足浴店的不是，而另一方面又无力改变现状，在牢骚满腹、郁郁寡欢中虚度时日。多见于中、下层管理人员及部分外地员工。

四、急功近利

人数较少，表现为有一定学识和能力，对目前个人发展情况不满足，一旦遇到更好的去处便立马离去，是“潜在反叛者”。多见于中、下层管理人员。

五、好高骛远

人数较少，表现为事业心较强，工作兢兢业业，对足浴店行业抱有浓厚的兴趣，热爱服务工作，喜欢与人打交道，主动为客人提供服务。但流动性特别大，尤其是当他们觉得付出没有得到应有的实现目标以及受到外界诱惑的时候。

六、庸庸碌碌

这类人占大多数，表现为能较好地完成自己份内的工作和上司指派的任务，对服务工作谈不上明显的喜欢或厌倦，缺乏工作热情，不求有功，但求无过。这类人多见于进店时间较长的低学历基层员工。

七、无可奈何

人数较多，表现为本来就不喜欢从事服务工作，只是迫于无奈不得不暂时委曲求全。要么是老员工，对服务工作已经到了十分厌烦的地步；要么是进店不久的基层员工，随着对足浴店的神秘感逐渐消退，开始对服务工作的单调乏味感到没有前途。

八、愤世嫉俗

人数较少，表现为缺乏工作的信心和兴趣，因为各种原因对工作环境极不满意，但暂时又无力改变现状，因此将情绪发泄到他物上。

首先是足浴企业没有真正体现“以人为本”的管理思想。现代的企业管理将人作为优先重要的资源，重视做好“管”人的工作，但一些足浴企业管理者往往忽视了这一点。

足浴企业“简单重复性”的工作特点本来已使员工感到相当疲惫并且乏味，心理受到严重扭曲并处于极大的“反弹”状态，如果足浴企业没能及时地排遣员工的心理压力，甚至采取一些不当的管理方法，将会激起员工更大的不满，不仅使足浴企业正常的经营秩序受到现实或潜在的影响，而且会使足浴企业的声誉和形象受到了无形的损害。

再有，基层员工与管理层在认识问题方面可能存在不同程度的“鸿沟”。一方面，由于文化、知识和经历的差异，基层员工常常对上级推行的一些管理措施感到迷惑，难以产生共鸣，加上现实足浴企业管理惯用龙头蛇尾似的诱导方法，缺乏明确的目标框架和具体的实施方案以及过程和结果的检查和监督，因此，员工对管理者的专业水平表示怀疑。另一方面，大多数基层员工对管理者存在表面敬畏而不是真正敬佩的现象，上下级距离疏远、关系冷漠，高层对基层的真实信息了解较少，基层也不愿向高层反映真实情况。于是，得过且过，领导叫干啥就干啥。某些部门即使出现了问题，负责人也避而不谈或报喜不报忧。
